Through investing in real estate. Sometimes we buy, fix up, and sell real estate. Sometimes we buy and hold that real estate. We’ve invested in residential as well as commercial properties. Our investments have ranged from a few thousand dollars to several million.
The common denominator between these varying markets is our underwriting process. We thoroughly vet the opportunities sent our way to determine:
- Whether there is an opportunity to increase the value of the property to make sure all parties involved can get a competitive return.
- We have a plan A, B, and C to maximize our success. Things don’t always go according to the plan, so it’s important we have multiple ways to sell or otherwise exit the opportunity when the time is right.
This means our investors can leverage our experience and processes to make sound investments in real estate and enjoy better returns on their money.
